We know that Word is part of the Microsoft Office programs, which serves us especially to create documents such as works, covers, memorandum, letters, curriculum and others. To understand Word it is important to understand its parts and the functions of each button. First, we divide its parts into tabs that are at the top, which are: File, Home, Insert, Page Layout, References, Correspondence, Review, View, and sometimes additional tabs that are added with some configurations, and other that appear when inserting images, graphic tables and other elements. Within the files we have groups that are also classified by name. In the Home tab we have the groups: Clipboard, Font, Paragraph, Styles and editing. And finally, within each group we find the commands, which fulfill specific functions. And to find more options, we have the dialog box in the lower right corner of each command.
Some of the most useful and basic tools to create a word document are: Insert images and format the text of the document We use tools such as center text and justify paragraph, and insert images by changing the position and adjusting the text
The source group: It contains commands to change the size of the font in the document, the style, color, etc.
The tables: They are a simple way to organize or compare information. To create a table we must go to the Insert tab, command tables. Then we choose the number of rows and columns that we want the table to have. We can configure it with the two tabs that are opened when creating a table:
